NO MATTER what our background is, all of us share the same feelings for our mothers.
Mother’s Day is less than a month away and as in previous years, Star Publications (M) Bhd will be organising the “Timeless Moment” contest from now until May 3 in honour of mothers.
Participants are invited to send in photographs of happy and intimate moments of themselves with their mothers and stand a chance to win attractive prizes.
The main sponsor for the contest is Tissot and this is the fourth consecutive year it is participating in the event.
Tissot marketing and merchandising manager Cally Chew said they had received good response during contests held in previous years. She added that the company had a good working relationship with The Star.
“We would also like to highlight that Tissot offers watch collections for women and our timepieces are not all about men and sports,” she said.
“The prizes given to the winners are in line with the theme of the contest and we also want to promote an appreciation for family values,” she said.
A total of 13 watches worth about RM34,000 have been sponsored by Tissot for the contest, including a timepiece that is so new that it is not on sale in the Malaysian market yet.
Other sponsors for the contest are YES 4G mobile internet service and Habib Jewels Sdn Bhd.
