AS PART of its talent development strategy, Kraft Foods Malaysia, which is home to iconic brands Oreo, Cadbury, Tiger, Jacob’s, Chipsmore and Twisties, recently introduced its upgraded recruitment and development initiative called the iTaste Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme is aimed at developing future leaders and growing the organisation’s talent pipeline.

The iTaste Graduate Trainee Programme gives future and potential employees the chance to taste the delicious side of the business and explore the opportunities for them to excel in every field upon acceptance into theprogramme. The individually-tailored 12-month programme is designed to develop and nurture highly talented graduates through experiential learning and to provide exposure to the company’s business functions and operations.
