KUCHING: The steps it take to seal a ballot box is somewhere between a delicate craft like origami and security baggage checks at airports.
During a demonstration for The Star at the state Election Commission (EC) office here last week, an official first explained how durable the transparent ballot boxes are. They were stress and heat tested, he said.
