GE13: Indelible ink won’t prolong polling process, says state EC chief

KUCHING: The application of indelible ink should add about an extra minute per voter on polling day.

State Election Commission (EC) director Datuk Takun Sunggah said a mock election exercise carried out in Kuala Lumpur showed that in most cases the process should add “only about a minute or less — two at most”.
