JOHOR BARU: At least 600 representatives from 502 non-governmental organisations (NGOs) of various race turned up at Istana Pasir Pelangi here to visit and have breakfast with Johor Ruler Sultan Ibrahim ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar.
The Sultan spent about an hour attending the informal meeting with the representatives at the palace grounds here yesterday, and also took time to shake hands and snap a few photos with them.
