KUCHING: Sarawak Cable Bhd will procure written undertakings from five of its substantial shareholders to fully take up their respective entitlements for the rights shares to be issued under the company’s proposed fundraising exercise.
The five are Sarawak Cable chairman Datuk Seri Mahmud Abu Bekir Taib, its managing director and chief executive officer Toh Chee Ching, Sarawak Energy Bhd (SEB), Central Paragon Sdn Bhd and Yek Siew Liong.
