A NEW welfare organisation set up last year marked its second annual general meeting by giving out RM50 each to 25 needy folk in Penang.
Brothers Uplifting Welfare Association founding president Datuk Dr E. Selvarahjoo gave out the contributions at the association’s office in Union Street, George Town, recently.
