MPSJ builds gabion wall as stop-gap measure

THE Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) has appointed Kumpulan Ikram Sdn Bhd to assess the slope stability after the landslide at the Seri Beringin flats in Pusat Bandar Puchong.

“As a short-term measure, we are putting up a gabion wall (a retaining wall of stacked stones placed in a wired frame) to stabilise the slope and we will wait for Ikram to advise us on the methods needed to fix the slope.
