Pangkor Island residents upset with authorities for not allowing them to use new bridge

PANGKOR Island residents are seeing red over delays by the authorities in letting them use a newly built pontoon bridge at the Sungai Pinang jetty.

The RM1.5mil pontoon, which is adjoined to the jetty, had been constructed to make it safer for ferry passengers to board and disembark while allowing more ferries to dock at the same time.
