THE Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) has relaunched the Recycle Bank Project which was started a few years ago among schools in the three districts on the mainland.
Councillor Soon Lip Chee, who is also the Local Action 21 Eco-Friendly Working Committee chairman, said the project started with 10 schools in the Seberang Prai areas in 2011 but only six schools were active now.
