THE Star photographer G.C. Tan hit the bull’s eye again in the media category of a shooting competition organised by Malay-sian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) in Langkawi to claim the top spot for the second consecutive year.
While it was a challenging first-hand experience for most of the media members from Kedah and Perlis, Tan from the newspaper’s Alor Setar bureau showed improvement in his shooting skills to score 89 points in the Precision Category as compared to 70 points last year.
