Sacked member can only rejoin SPDP after two years in the cold

KUCHING: Mas Gading MP Datuk Dr Tiki Lafe will neither be accepted back into SPDP nor fielded as Barisan Nasional candidate in the 13th general election.

SPDP deputy secretary Paul Igai said the party’s constitution only allowed a sacked member to apply to rejoin the party after two years from the date of his or her sacking.
