Sand mining causes road to collapse leaving farmers in a dilemma

PART of a dirt road connecting Bidor Station New Village and about 300 farms and orchards collapsed during the night disrupting agricultural activities there yesterday.

The affected stretch of road, measuring about 30m-long, had collapsed about 15m on Monday night, believed to be due to soil instability.
