SIBU: The Natural Resources and Environment Ministry has been tasked by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak to carry out a comprehensive study on how to prevent and solve the flash flood problems in the country.
Its minister Datuk Seri Douglas Uggah Embas said the study was already underway, and he would submit the proposal within a year.
