Peninsula-based Barisan parties not moving to Sarawak, says Mambong MP


KUCHING: Tourism Deputy Minister Datuk Dr James Dawos said the 20 points agreement were Sarawak’s safeguards and the state-based Barisan components had succeeded in protecting the agreement until today because they were united, strong and efficient.

He said the peninsula-based Barisan components could not spread their wings to Sarawak because the state-based counterparts had shown they were capable of protecting and safeguarding the state’s rights.
