State demands apology and RM100mil from Bandar Kuching MP


KUCHING: The state government is demanding a public apology and RM100mil compensation from Sarawak DAP secretary Chong Chieng Jen over alleged defamatory remarks.

In a letter signed by state Attorney-General Datuk Abdul Razak Tready on March 4, it said the allegations made against the state and those involved in the financial system in DAP’s leaflet The Budget Blackhole published in the media were untrue.
