BN man: Firm not financially sound

THE Penang Barisan Nasional Youth has hit out at Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng for awarding the tender for infrastructure projects worth RM6.3bil to a consortium company it claimed is unreliable.

Its information chief H’ng Khoon Leng said they were outraged and shocked that the roads and undersea tunnel projects had been awarded to Malaysia-China joint venture Consortium Zenith BUCG Sdn Bhd, which merely had a paid-up capital of RM2 and an authorised capital of RM100,000.
