MEMBERS of the public are invited to give their feedback to the Penang Paradigm — a framework to posi-tion Penang as an international and intelligent state over the next 10 years.
The framework, put together by the Penang Institute, is currently available for viewing at the Town Hall in Esplanade (until March 8) and the Seberang Prai Municipal Council in Bandar Perda (until March 9) from 10am to 7pm daily, including on weekends.
