THE proposed Komtar Phase 5 project in Penang has been given the thumbs-up by most respondents in a survey held last year.
According to Penang Develop-ment Corporation (PDC) general manager Datuk Rosli Jaafar, most of the 283 respondents who answered a questionnaire on the revitalisation of heritage in that area had provided positive feedback.
