KUALA LUMPUR: Several roads near Jalan Bukit Bintang will be closed in stages for the Chinese New Year Carnival at the Pavillion shopping centre on Sunday.
Kuala Lumpur traffic police chief ACP Rusli Mohd Noor said road closures would begin on Sunday from 12.01am before the roads are re-opened at 6pm.
