A TOTAL of 32 landowners in Kampung Pasir Baru in Kuala Lumpur were granted a 99-year alienation lease term after more than 10 years of applying for the extension.
The land originally had a 60-year lease term with the average remaining lease term of the landowners ranging from eight to 14 years.
