I HAVE to admit it, this is where I eat my words. I was skeptical in the last two columns whether high-end sales launches would continue before the general election, what with all the talk of pre-GE dampeners and uncertainty.

Last week alone saw two top-end branded residences unveiled, however. One of them was the hotly anticipated, seven-star Harrods Hotel, apartments and offices, estimated to generate RM2bil in economic value for the country.
