AN elaborate lighting ceremony was held at the Thean Hou temple in Persiaran Endah, Kuala Lumpur, recently which saw thousands of red lanterns lit up to welcome the Lunar New Year.
Hainan Association of Selangor and Federal Territory president Datuk Woo Ser Chai, along with other VIPs, launched the decorations on a stage erected in the temple’s courtyard to the accompaniment of lion dancers and drums.
