THE introduction of the centralised appointment system for Puspakom inspection centres in Padang Jawa, Taman Alam Megah, Wangsa Maju, Cheras and Bukit Maluri has hit a snag.

Customers claim the phone lines at the centralised unit are always busy and they are unable to make appointments by calling in.
