KUCHING: Property developer Ngeng Eng Cheng, 65, has stepped forward to help repair a broken jetty at Kampung Muhibbah near here.
The jetty, which was built about 50 years ago, with some of its planks washed away by the tide, was frontpaged by The Star last week.
