BN women urged to eradicate poverty by working with NGOs and private entities


KUCHING: Barisan Nasional women’s wings all over are encouraged to forge smart partnerships with non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and private sector bodies to eradicate poverty.

National Barisan Wanita chief Datuk Seri Shahrizat Jalil said this with reference to the collaboration between Wanita SUPP, Society for Kuching Urban Poor (SKUP) and corporate bodies to build the Sungai Apong Community Farmlet.
