Popular Eurasian country singer dies in his sleep


GEORGE TOWN: Ronald Baum, one of the first Western country singers in the Penang Eurasian community, has died. He was 82.

His wife, Agnes Teresa Jacob, and sister, Celine, found Ronald, or more fondly known as Rudy, lifeless in a relative’s house in Batu Maung at 7.30am on Saturday.
