KUCHING: Foreigners outnumber locals in construction crews in Bintulu and other Sarawak Corridor of Renewable Energy (SCORE) work sites, said the Malaysian Trades Union Congress.
Its state secretary, Andrew Lo, told The Star that one company in Bintulu had 118 foreign workers and just 13 locals. At another company, there are about 2,000 foreign workers to roughly 1,000 locals.
