AS the Year of the Dragon draws to an end, The Star caught up with a few couples who managed to seize the final opportunity to conceive and give birth before the change of the zodiac sign next month.
Among them are Tan Swee Long, 34, and his wife, who managed to conceive last March, just in time to welcome their baby boy in December.
