GEORGE TOWN: Buskers who want to perform in Penang will need to apply for a temporary entertainment licence or risk having their performing items confiscated.
Penang Municipal Council Public Health Committee alternate chairman Ong Ah Teong said anyone, including foreigners, who wanted to perform in public places need to apply to the council for the licence at RM60 per application.
