TEMERLOH: A total of 13,900 National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) borrowers who repaid their loans in one lump sum since Oct last year were given a discount of 20%.
PTPTN chairman Datuk Ismail Mohamed Said said the special discount was one of the incentives announced by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak during the tabling of the budget in Sept.
