SMOKERS will not be able to light up at all in Penang ferries in future and they have their fellow smokers to blame.
Penang Port Sdn Bhd (PPSB) head of ferry services unit Fisnol Ainon Mahmud said many passengers had been violating the no-smoking ruling on the ferries by smoking outside the designated smoking room.
