KUCHING: A businesswoman lost more than RM10,000 after being conned by a person she befriended on the Internet.
Ting, 52, from Jalan Rubber said she met the man who claimed to be one Raymond Powell from the United Kingdom through a social network website. She began communicating with Powell in September last year.
