WATER woes are expected to continue indefinitely for 28,000 households in Kuala Lumpur and Ampang as Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor (Syabas) works to increase its water reserves after its pump houses in Wangsa Maju and Pudu Hulu Baru suffered a breakdown on Jan 1.
As of yesterday, water has been restored in 95% of Gombak area and 40% of other areas in Kuala Lumpur and Ampang.
