KUCHING: A manager claimed he was attacked by a friend, who used a kwang tao — a traditional Chinese martial arts staff with a broad blade at the end — as a weapon on Friday.
In the incident that occurred at 9am, the 47-year-old manager from Jalan Semaba here who refused to be named, told police that his friend went to his office near Jalan Sudat with another.
