SIAM Express has expanded its menu to introduce more of Bangkok’s famous street-style dishes at its two outlets in Queensbay Mall and Gurney Plaza in Penang.
The new additions include Thai tapas featuring a combination of spring roll, massamam samosa, darling crab and Thai fish cake, crispy kangkung, namprik mamoung (shrimp paste served with boiled vegetables) and the LGH (lemongrass, ginger and honey lime tea) beverages.
