TAMAN Rishah residents have had enough of the shoddy job by contractors hired by the Ipoh City Council and are demanding a change in the current system.
Resident J. Harbhajan Singh said the contractors hired by the council to clean drains and cut grass were unresponsive to residents’ complaints.
