Take down illegal halal logos or face action, eateries warned


KUCHING: Operators of food outlets in the state who display halal logos at their premises must ensure that they are properly certified by Jan 1.

After that, those found still putting up unauthorised logos will face stern legal action, which may include fines and imprisonment.
