Food operators and handlers should follow standards set by ministry

IMPROPER storage of raw ingredients and food preparation methods are the main causes of food poisoning in the state, Perak Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon said.

He said this was evident from the investigations carried out by health officers.
