JULAU: Rural women in the state have been advised not to shy away from medical screenings like pap smear and mammogram.
Deputy Information, Communications and Culture Minister Datuk Joseph Salang said the screenings could detect medical conditions at an early stage before the symptoms become serious, thus enabling earlier intervention.
