Sumptuous favourite: Roasted stuffed Turkey with trimmings available at the Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort for this year end festive season.

KUANTAN: Spend this year-end festive season in style with a relaxing holiday in the tropical surrounds of Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort.

At its Kampung Restaurant, diners will be spoilt for choice with a variety of tantalising dishes from its live show kitchens including halal turkey and other festive treats.

Feast on an assortment of sushi, salads, pasta and festive favourites such as Pan-Fried Fillet Sea Bass with Butter Sauce, Roasted Chicken Breast in Spinach-Fontina Cream Sauce, Oven-Roasted Beef Striploin and Roasted stuffed Turkey with trimmings.

Those with a sweet-tooth should be delighted with the dessert spread adorned with puddings and pies.

The buffet dinner will start from 7pm to 10.30pm on Dec 24 which is inclusive of a welcome drink and the lovely sound of Christmas carollers performing live.

Price starts from RM49 for children and RM98 for adult.

A host of other delicacies comprising roasts, savouries and desserts are also available at The Deli.

Over at the Italian Bistro, there is an eclectic six-course Christmas dinner featuring signature dishes like Chicken Orange Ravioli, Turkey Breast Involtini and the season’s dessert platter from the patisserie created meticulously by its chefs.

In addition, a visit by Santa Claus is also in the cards on Dec 24.

Price at RM138 per person, it is inclusive of a glass of mulled wine.

The Gangnam style New Year’s Eve party at the Meranti Ballroom on Dec 31 at RM280 per person begins with a welcome cocktail and canapes followed by a delectable four-course dinner.

Savour Korean style Tuna Maguro with Prawn Tartare, drizzled with Kimchee Vinaigrette and topped with Beluga Caviar before progressing to creamy Lobster Bisque with Fennel Soup.

Refreshing Red Bean Sherbet is then served to cleanse the palate and ready for a choice of main course which includes Pan-seared Duck Thigh with Mushroom and Spicy Coconut Sauce, Marinated Beef Tenderloin served with oven roasted Baby Potato and Sesame Red Pepper Kimchee Coulis Oil or Pan-seared Chilled Salmon Fillet with Sun-dried Tomato Vegetable Salsa and Green Pepper Cilantro Coulis Sauce.

The dessert platter includes Strawberry Pistachio Macaroon, Green Tea Chocolate Cake, Raspberry Cream Brule, Apple Pie and Chocolate Praline while the evening entertainment comprises an international eight-piece band The Hypedrive, stand-up comedy, dance performances and Deejay Eric.
