THE Penang state government has allocated RM2.53mil to be given away in cash aid for 2012-2013.
Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng said among the applicants who had so far received the one-off cash aid of RM1,000 were 714 students from central Seberang Prai and 611 first-year public university students.
