KEDAH recorded the highest increase in the number of people signing up for the volunteer patrol scheme (SRS) since 2009, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Tan Sri Dr Koh Tsu Koon.
He said there was a 200% increase recorded and this showed that Kedahans were enthusiastic in securing a safer society.
