PENANG is not only famous for its street food but also for its chefs as well, according to Chefs Association of Malaysia Penang Chapter chairman Peter Chan Weng Seng.
He said many Penang chefs were performing well in hotels and restaurants in Europe, United States, Japan, China and Australia.
