IT would be better for the state government to reduce the non-revenue water rates, given that it would take at least two years for the Langat 2 water treatment plant to produce water.
“The statement that having the Langat 2 water treatment plant would actually solve the frequent water supply disruption in Selangor is not true,” said Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim in response to a question by Khasim Abdul Aziz (PR - Lembah Jaya).
