GEORGE TOWN: The Federal Government should give fair emphasis in the strengthening of Bahasa Malaysia and English in the National Education Blueprint (2013-2025), said language expert Emeritus Prof Datuk Dr Nik Safiah Karim.
She said that only two paragraphs were stated on strengthening Bahasa Malaysia in Chapter Four in the blueprint compared to eight paragraphs on enhancing English.
