NIBONG TEBAL: Penang Barisan Nasional is puzzled as to why the top executive officers of Penang and Kedah made contradictory statements over a raw water supply deal.
“Either one is lying, or both are making up tales, so they are both on the same level of trying to mislead the public,” said chairman Teng Chang Yeow.
