IT WAS a red-letter day for many communities, schools, religious bodies, sports associations and needy individuals in Lumut as they received a total of RM137,814 from their MP, Datuk Seri Kong Cho Ha.
The funds, made available from Kong’s parliamentary constituency fund, were handed out to them during a simple ceremony at Kong’s service centre in Sitiawan last Sunday.
