KUCHING: If there was a theme in the debates on the state Budget 2013 proposal yesterday, it was the state trunk road.
Almost all elected representatives spoke about the poor conditions of the road (also known as the First Trunk Road) in their debate speeches at the Sarawak Legislative Assembly in the afternoon.
