Sisters receive MyKad from NRD after long delay

KUALA KANGSAR: Three disabled sisters finally received their MyKad from the National Registration Department (NRD) after decades of only using their birth certificates.

Despite being unable to speak or move much, a smile could be seen on the faces of Nor Aishah Yop Kamaruddin, 70 and her two others sisters, Aziah, 60, and Azimah, 49, as they held up the identification cards at their home in Kampung Station, recently.
